Tailgate support
Tailgate is job management software for exterior contractors, published by Tailgate Software LLC. For help with the app, email support@runtailgate.com. We reply within one business day.
Getting access
Your company's admin invites you from Settings, then Team. There is no self sign-up. If your invite link has expired, ask your admin to use Resend invite on your team page.
Deleting your login
In the app, open Profile, then Delete login. Your name, email and phone are erased and you can no longer sign in. The jobs, quotes, photos and hours you added stay with your company, shown as "Former team member". A company admin can close the whole company from Settings; after 30 days its records are deleted.
Billing
Tailgate's subscription is billed by Stripe. Admins open Settings, then Subscription, for invoices and billing. Homeowner deposits and payments go to the contractor through Stripe; Tailgate does not hold them.
